BioOFFICIAL STUFF: (OOC)
Hello! This is the rp journal of leia_black used for relativespace. I do not own Lady Flavia and am not Dinah Sheridan and her image is used with out permission. I also do not own Doctor Who. It and all related insignia and such belong to the BBC.
Back story:
Flavia grew up in a well to do household, traditional as could be, she entered the academy at eight, joined the Arcalian chapter, studied hard and graduated with honors. 8 years ahead of the Doctor she knew of him, and his adventures, and though she would never explicitly condone his activities, she respected him.
She rose up through the Gallifreyan High Council, becoming Lady Chancellor after many years. When she met the Doctors she was sympathetic to them, and after Borusa was tricked into immortality, offered the Fifth Doctor presidency. He appointed her acting president until his return, and then took off.
For years she ruled, waiting for him to come back, before deciding that she was doing a very good job on her own and didn't need him to come back, especially since he didn't want it. The Council agreed with her, and though traditional, she placed a few subtle changes into the Gallifreyan society.
She did not order the Doctor's arrest and was surprised when he was put on trial. She had no access to the ship where the trial was being held on and was shocked at how it ended. Soon after, her presidency was put into question, and she barely managed to hold on to her position. She did however, and many years have passed. She's regenerated, a few decades ago, into a younger form that reminded her of her previous regeneration. The last Doctor she's heard about is the 7th.
PERSONALITY
Lady President Flavia is not easily impressed, especially when it comes to the Doctor. She is not holding a grudge as such, but she is still very unhappy that he made her president and then almost ruined her presidency. Though she's not sure which one was worse. She is kind and smiles a lot, but, from years of power can turn in a split second into an imposing, regal figure. She's read up on Earth a few times, wondering why aliens, and renegades were so interested in it. She found it dreadfully boring, though their literature and 'moving tele-pictures' were quite interesting. Resulting in her receiving an odd sense of pop-culture. She does not understand why the Doctor's companions look up to him so much.

However, she has experienced/met all of the Doctors up to 6. Only One through Five in complete canon. But it could be guessed that if she was president, she probably met 6 before or after his trial.
